 You may request a return or refund within 48 hours from the time of delivery under the following circumstances:

- The product received is defective

- The product does not match the ordered quantity

- The product specifications differ from what was ordered

⚠️ Important: We do not accept return or refund requests after 48 hours of delivery. Also, consumable items (including health supplements and personal wellness products) are non-returnable once delivered, unless defective or incorrect.
